An Introduction to the Race Equity Cycle Pulse Check

Since the Awake to Woke to Work: Building a Race Equity Culture publication was released in 2018, Equity in the Center stakeholders have asked for a tool to assess where organizations are on the Race Equity Cycle. The Race Equity Cycle Pulse Check is designed to do just that, and provide recommendations on next steps and tools to move organizations’ race equity work forward.

In this webinar, we explored the Race Equity Cycle Pulse Check (aka, the Pulse Check): what it is; how and when to use it; and some other questions we’ve received since it’s launch in May 2021.
