The Art of Grief

We have all felt some form of loss. A friendship. A job. A loved one. During this pandemic, loss may be taking on a new meaning as isolation and inequities continue to grow. The good news is that we can, and we will get through this, but it takes a community. This panel discussion covers common types of grief, what it looks like and when it’s unhealthy, and how to help someone you know who may be experiencing these intense emotional feelings.

This panel discussion is in collaboration with NAMI Wake County.
